Problem with Outlook OT

I know this is not really the place for this but I am pulling my hair out here. 
I have a problem sending e-mail to some people (the list keeps geting longer) 
with Outlook Express on my PC at home. I keep getting a "550 Relay to 
blah@xxxxxxxx not allowed" type thing. I have looked on the net but the answers 
some of the people gave may as well have been written in sanskrit for all the 
sense I could make out of them.

If anyone can help you can contact me offsite.
