If the first line is starting lower, can you adjust your printer margins to compensate? If each line is spacing further and further down the page your line spacing is different or your font/cpi is different. Do you have another IPDS printer available? If not, do you have another laser printer? Hopefully a printer that understands PCL? Can you try printing to the other laser printer using Host Print Transform?
