Have you checked the spooled file form length & width?Should also be able to print the printer config from it's control panel and look for problems.
Are other reports sent to this printer having similar problems? jim franz----- Original Message ----- From: "Chuck Lewis" <chuck.lewis@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Old, been fine forever, vendor has double and triple checked everything. Shows fine on the screen and then prints goofy. Just got a call from IBM and the guy was asking what it was doing and saidhe wasn't real familiar with that model and was going to call someone else. I mentioned the name of the guy that used to work on it all the time and hesaid he wasn't with them anymore. IBM had spun this part of the printerbusiness off to Qualx (sp) and this guy and all the ones familiar with theseproducts and gone with them. Then they didn't have enough folks to work onthem in other cities so IBM took the printer stuff back. Fine for the othercities where that was a problem but not here in Indianapolis. They didn'ttake the people back so all that knowledge is no longer with IBM apparently. Thanks ! Any chance your page size is changed in the app, or an overflow problem? jim --This is the Midrange Systems Technical Discussion (MIDRANGE-L) mailing listTo post a message email: MIDRANGE-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/midrange-l or email: MIDRANGE-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l.
