On your "rstobj" the 'savlib' library should be where the save file was
   saved from,
and that looks like it should be "LAW8SUPP".

Also and an FYI, you can restore the library saved in the save file
   straight to disk
   from the tape..fwiw

   hth

I have a savf on a backup tape called LAWAPP8DBB

 The savf was created via

 SAVLIB LIB(LAWAPP8DB) DEV(*SAVF) SAVF(LAW8SUPP/LAWAPP8DBB)

I want to restore the save file off the tape using

 RSTOBJ OBJ(LAWAPP8DBB) SAVLIB(LAWAPP8DB) DEV(TAP01)
 MBROPT(*ALL) ALWOBJDIF(*ALL) RSTLIB(JNORBUT)

To restore it to my library, But I'm getting the error

Message . . . . : File not restored. Object name conflict for file
 LAWAPP8DB.
 Cause . . . . . : File on volume 122706 sequence number 3 was not
 restored.
Objects specified on the restore command do not match those in the
 file.
The file must contain at least one object with the same name as the
 objects
    (OBJ parameter) specified
