Don't know about the users and trading partners, but on moving day,

If you're really anal, put a colored dot label on each cable and the card 
it plugs into.
Unhook the cables
Pick up the machine and put it in your back seat
Drive to the new location and reattach the cables.

I once tossed a 270 into the back of my Suburban and drove 9 hours to 
Tulsa. Plugged everything back in and hit the power button. 20 minutes 
later I was working again.
