Maybe. Depends on how the device was varied off. The system will vary on a device that is currently varied off if it matches the device requirements of the requesting client. I'm fairly sure the system records (in the device description) whether the device was varied off due to sign-on failures. These devices are not varied on automatically.
If you alow the system to randomally pick which device to use a new user could connect to a device that is disabled and never get a signon screen.
False. The system does not attempt to use a varied off device that cannot be automatically varied on. It skips disabled devices unless the client specifically requests the device by name.
