IBM SW support can help you find the usage. I seen a couple of things cause this from a very bad query to a TCP/IP attached printer that had an interface problem. We run this same suite of apps with twice the number of jobs on a matching system and do not have this problem. We can recover it with an IPL but then it starts up again.
