Yes, that's the theory. Unfortunately there are a few bugs with the Service Director software problem monitoring. I have an open PMR with IBM now and there should be a fix soon. The problem you may see if multiple repeated problems opened in the problem log (WRKPRB) for the same thing. You will also sometimes see this error: Service Agent has detected excessive reportable problems.
