How is the underpowered, over priced i5 going to make it thru 2007 without
any improvements? I think they are making lots of improvements, just not the popular ones we would like to see. I was at the IBM Rochester ITSO forum earlier this year and listened to some smarter than myself talk about some of the new power under the hood of the iSeries. From what I gathered it boiled down to better thread processing, which translated into better performance. Didn't make the front page like Windows Vista, but it appears that IBM is still on the front lines, just not necessarily in the headlines. Aaron Bartell
