Ok for the archives and the curious,  Right click on the system and take
the properties option.  Service tab hold the service tools IP address.
I feel so stupid that I did not see the tab before.  Thank you all for
your help.

Ok, I don't know why I did not think of that.  Works fine on a different
PC.  New install of iSeries Access with only the one system and it being
it's own central system.  So I changed the central system on my PC,
close OPSNAV and restarted.  Still has the wrong IP address, so not
stored in the central system database.  It is not in host tables, DNS,
or WINS either.  So the service tools must have it's own database of
system names to IP Address.  Where can I configure that?
