Guy,Thanks for the info. It is unfortunate that IBM updated the Apar II14239 on Nov 28, but never updated it's iSeries Access pages the Info Apar even exists. The description in apar SE27507 has a link to the supported OS page
http://www-03.ibm.com/servers/eserver/iseries/access/supportedos.html which has no reference to anything about Vista. To all who have said "Vista should be no problem..." or similar, read Apar SE27507 which lists several problems, some I would consider severe.I have recommended to all my clients not to take the risk, and wait till this settles in. Any if you did not catch what Guy said - it will be a new service pack for iSeries Access V5R4
(and no mention of service pack for the previous V5R3). Jim Franz----- Original Message ----- From: "Guy Terry" <guy.terry@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Jim,I see IBM are now saying Dec 22nd for Vista support, but only only iSeries Access v5r4.See APAR's II14239 and SE27507. Guy
