Re: Print files

As it turned out, the user, who claimed they already had this "print file sending 2 copies of its spool files to different places" thing working for one user, and wanted to know how to get it working for everybody, had simply confused location ("WRKOUTQ") with ownership ("WRKSPLF"). It didn't exactly help that they had separate *OUTQs for each user, with the same name as the user profile.
We've passed on the basic concept of doing the duplication with a background program monitoring the *OUTQ via an associated *DTAQ, and I've asked the support technician to let them know that if they still want it, they're better off implementing it themselves, since they'd otherwise be paying for several hours of my time, at the custom development rate.
