When using the OS/400 SMTP server to process outgoing mail, how can you
change the port used?

Like many ISP's, the internet provider seems to be blocking port 25 unless
the traffic is for their own mail server. But if you want to route through
an alternative managed email service, how do you get the email to them?

CHGSMTPA MailRouter() gives the site to be used, but there is not a
corresponding port override. Do you just add :xxxx such as MailRouter('
mail.alternate.com:2525')?

WRKSRVTBLE shows smtp as port 25 for both TCP and UDP, but it doesn't seem
like I should be changing it.
