utility that will monitor an output queue, create a pdf 
file of the spool file and email it to several people.

Who said anything about creating PDFs or emailing them 
anywhere?


If you don't want to copy them anywhere, or email them anywhere, can you 
just change the number of copies printed, or set the spoolfile to *SAVE 
status, so it can be reprinted?
