Vern, you are the winner of the one that understood what I was getting
at!!!   Two great minds run in the same gutter. ;)   Yes, I need to
"export" QM and Query/400 "files" (queries, forms, procs, etc.), NOT the
output of their invocation.  
 
The product that will read them is QMF for Windows and WebSphere.  
They have a free conversion tool that can convert DB2 Query Manager and
Query/400 queries, forms, procs, etc. to queries, forms and procs, that
QMF for Windows/WebSphere can run.  I'm aware that some Query/400 stuff
may not convert but as I have BUNCHES to convert anything would help.
 
But I have no idea how to get the QM and Query/400 queries, forms,
procs, etc., to my PC where I can run the free conversion tools.   I'll
check out the commands you wrote about.
