Do a CHGSRVCNT and page down, change the media to CD-ROM, see if that
helps.

Or CHGSRVCNT MEDPTF(*CDROM) if you don't want to check your other info.

When trying to do a WRKPRB and send a problem getting the following :

alternate load
  device must be on the disk/tape I/O Processor at Bus position 0, at
Card 1,
