And, until I piped up, you also believed that none of your clients had the industry average of 1 out of 8 passwords being at the default. :-) For our regular, every 8 weeks downtime we still have a baby sitter here to watch over the system. But if I have to do a special system save or RCLSTG I'll do it from home. As far as compensation... We get comp time. Now, if I had to sit here and watch the system I'd do my best to keep awake and comp the whole time. But if I fire up the RCLSTG and then go do something else for a few hours I'll only comp myself the time in front of the tube. But my boss also picks up the bill for internet connection, supplies me with a PC at home and gives me a cell phone. The only question I've ever received about my cell phone bill was a discouragement to using directory assistance. Rob Berendt
