In Al's defense on this one, they let me fly solo to boot up the first AS/400 I ever met. It was cold and awaiting IPL. The short of it is, it took me a half hour with the IBM operations manual, in the specific chapter, to go back to the school director and ask, red-faced. He came and pressed the Power button and just grinned at me. --Alan
You really need to RTFM.
I followed the "Quick start guide for i5 520" that came with my machine - didn't get me there. All the other links that I have followed have not..<snip>
