Although it has been some time since Maximum Availability's Scout product
was suggested.

I want to say that I installed and tested the product -- for our simple HA
requirements it works perfectly.

Maximum Availability has given us great support for this fully-functional
free "seeding" product.

At some point in the recent past, Maximum Availability had a
no charge version of their *NOMAX HA product with very
limited functionality, but it might apply in your situation.

Good luck ..

I've configured Remote Journaling on two V5R3 machines for about 40

Does anybody have suggestions or samples of programs to use
RCVJRNE to
monitor journals and apply changes to the physical files?

Thanks.
