I chose [QSRVBAS] as my username because of how often it was neglected when changing IBM profile default passwords. Back a number of releases ago, it was almost even odds that QSRVBAS had never been set for a non-default password on a random AS/400.
I think that was because it was on the second screen of the standard display for changing IBM profiles and admins often simply never knew to scroll down. Add that to the number of them who never ran the function but only changed the widely known profiles (QSECOFR, QPGMR, QSYSOPR) and chances were pretty good.
