Hi, all: To most people in the US, I think, Pittsburgh and Baltimore/DC are borderline Northeast, at best. Indianapolis is not in the Northeast; it is in either "the Midwest" or "the North Central region", depending on the naming convention being used. I live in the Chicago area, but was raised in Vermont. For me growing up, Buffalo, New York was part of the trackless Indian-infested WEST. I have since learned the error of my ways....
