Re: SMBJOB size limitation - is there a workaround?

I checked out RQSDTA instead of CMD.  But RQSDTA drops from 20,000 down to 
3,000 characters.

a - Trim like crazy,  If %trim('mycmdstring')<>mycmd then some truncation 
occurred when 'mycmdstring' was put into mycmd.

b - Limit the parameters.
20,000
-  300 (misc cmd parms)
19,700
/ 2 (for each of the big parms)
 9,850 characters a piece for each directory
If that doesn't fit then let them call the api's directly.

c - Run interactively.
