Subject: SSO problems
Is Pat Botz listening? I'm at a new client who has had all kinds of
problems with SSO (he's using your handout to set it up). The support
line
spent 2 hours trying to resolve things yesterday to no avail.
The IT director finally pulled the plug in disgust last night. He told
me
this AM that he's getting a visit from IBM marketing folks next week.
I
feel sorry for them, because he's got both barrels loaded.
Is anybody else successfully using SSO in a good sized shop (300-500
users)?
Pat, if you're listening, contact me off list.
