Boy, am I glad we don't have to fool ourselves with this sort of thing
out here.  Don't see how it saves anything or not enough to make it
worth the hassle.   Wish the US would use UTC or "ZULU" time as an
alternate in each local with NO Daylight "Saving" Time.
