We user our own CL. We're running multiple divisions on this one lpar. The whole backup takes hours. But each divisions set of libraries only takes a few minutes. So we lock all PF's in the library, cancelling out any jobs that have a lock in the library. Back it up and release the locks. Rob Berendt
