Go into iNav.  Find your System i.  Right click on it.  Select Application 
Administration.  Select Client Applications tab.  Expand iSeries Access 
for Windows.  Expand Data Transfer.  Plug the hole.

Here's the part the confuses people.  There are two columns off to the 
right:
- Default access
- All object access
No!  No!  No!  It does NOT give everyone all object access to your data. 
What it does do is break your users into two group:  those with allobj and 
those without.  So if you want only those users who already have allobj 
access to transfer data then turn off default access and leave all object 
access on.
