The biggest downside to SEPs is that you need to set them for a specific user profile. Other than that, I think they're the greatest thing since sliced bread. It's one of the coolest bits of technology I've seen on the midrange in the last 15 years. Joe
From: rob@xxxxxxxxx Are those messages coming from a program developed in your shop? If so, I'd look at "Service Entry Points". Quite easy to set up in WDSC's debugger. If you're into flint knapping it can be done with STRDBG also. SEP's are kind of cool. You don't have to mess with the old methods of holding jobs, STRSRVJOB and all that rot used in debugging batch, or client server jobs.
