After reading the posts on this subject, I would like to offer my opinions from a vendor perspective. I am not commenting directly on any posts made by anyone thus far. One sales person can ruin a relationship and create a bad name for a company. I know because it has happened to us in the past because a sales person has over pursued and not taken "NO" for an answer. There is an unwritten rule around our shop that one bad experience can ruin 10 good ones. You can have the best support in the industry and have it screwed up by one bad attitude. As to the acquisition part of this posting...I say give them a chance and a little time. I have been through 2 acquisitions in the last 4 years and it does take some time for things to shake out. Some of it has been great and some of it has been a real heartache. I have seen good, hardworking people leave and I have seen good products sent out to pasture. I have also seen some really great things come out of acquisitions. I have learned one thing from these acquisitions; cash is king and if you do not do what the customer wants, you don't get their cash. That is my .02 Matt Graybiel
