What I might do is two separate SQL checks 1. get the MIN ( xmcdte ) value in that column, within the other criteria 2. get the row which = that value, and the other criteria
I want to select the row that has the lowest value for a specific column. There may be other rows that satisfy the selection criteria except for a specific column. So my select statement is: SELECT XMMAIL, XMSmn1 FROM posmstp WHERE xmmail <> ' ' and (the lowest xmcdte value) How do I select only the row with the lowest xmcdte value? Thanks...
