SOQ restore from one system to another

Need a little help with the great save output queue system from WorksRight 
software.  We recently assumed the computer operations of a distributor we own 
that's running a 270 at V5R1.  We did this carving out an LPAR on our V5R3 520 
and installing an MPLS (frame relay of sorts).

We already own SOQ on our 520 and got a temporary license from WorksRight for 
saving the outqueues on the 270.  Outqueues were saved to a SAVF and FTP'd to 
the 520.  Now I can't figure out how to restore them as they aren't in the 
on-line history on the 520.  Is this even possible?
