WHDT (where can you get it after you purchase it?)

I must be missing something. 

We have our "Proof of Entitlement" for WHDT and I've gone to the passport 
advantage web-site numerous times, but can not find where you can download 
this from (I was told that it is only distributed electronically).  I've 
even went so far as to call Software Support and place a pmr asking where 
to find this, and I got directed to the web-site where I can order it!!

My boss setup passport advantage and downloaded what he thought was this 
product, but it only updated his PC so since he is out on vacation the 
next two weeks wanted me to check it out, and the only thing i can see to 
download is a fix it looks like to WDSc - "Host Access Transformation 
Server Fix Pack 4.0.8 (APAR IC44203)".

Anyone done this and can point me in the right direction?  Maybe we don't 
have everything set up correctly at  passport advantage?  Right now I'm at 
a lose.
