Would this be an occasional thing, or would it be running a dozen times
or more a minute? Or something in between?
If its just once a week or so, you could schedule the System i to look
in a certain place for a file. If the file is there, delete the file
and run the procedure. Then your web app need only put the file in some
mutually available place.
