And the fact that I didn't deal with supportline to find them and
downloaded them on my own accord - those puppies don't seem "test" to
me.  BLEH!

I was thinking those ptf's had to be for testing.  Because there was no
special instructions or activation instructions.  Sounds like the final
ptf won't need these instructions.  But the hoops that Justin had to
jump through should be in the special instructions of these testing
ptf's.  I guess the counter argument is that the ptf just created new
timezones. 
Whether or not you want to use them, or when, is up to you.  Not really
a valid argument when you consider the problem they were trying to
solve.
