After you enter in order name and options
After you enter your System name, user id and password,
After you get past entering both FTP and CD
Then  you get
Download CD-ROM images using FTP
Maximum size to download using FTP

Perhaps it looks different, or is nonexistent if you leave the first 
option at Download Director instead of FTP.
