I remember in times past where you could specify the transfer rate (thereby
the option to make it small) during the order process, but I don't see it
anymore.  Happen to recall where you see that option?

Unlike obscure api's to set the size with SNDPTFORD there is a simple
click in Fix Central where you simply pick the smallest size available and
you'll get the cume on media.
