Hmm.... Now there's a thought :-)

I bet that would work.  I imagine there is a Linux or AIX version of 
VMware.

Any idea if we could install Linux in a LPAR, install VMWare's ESX 
(for Linux) software and create Windows machines under that?  Would 
get rid of having IXA/IXS's
