VALUE('c:\windows\system32\sndrec32.exe +
             -play -close "C:\Sounds\')

Do yourself a favor and don't specify the path to the sndrec32
application. It's not uncommon for windows to be installed to c:\windows
or c:\winnt or c:\winxp, and technically it can be installed anywhere,
it doesn't even have to be on c:. If you really want to qualify the app,
use %SystemRoot%\system32\... Since %SystemRoot% always points to the
folder where windows is installed.

How's the performance w/STRPCCMD?
