How do you want to copy? Do you want an image of the CD or just copy
the files off? You can use the cpy command. The CD can be found in the
/QOPT directory. WRKLNK '/QOPT/*' will list all optical volumes on
mounted on your system. Virtual optical, optical juke box volumes, and
disk loaded in the CD/DVD drives.

Subject: OPT to IFS: how to copy file from CDROM to IFS dir.

I have a AS/400 which can communicate only with its Optical disk.
I cannot use FTP or copy from PC.
How can I copy a file from the CD
to IFS directory ?
(CPYOPT or related commands seems
only to display some info about
 the files)
