    While this works:
    
    CPYF FROMFILE(?) TOFILE(?) MBROPT(*REPLACE) CRTFILE(*YES)
    
    Also:
    
    You can't use MBROPT(*UPDADD) with CRTFILE(*YES)
    You CAN use MBROPT(*ADD) with CRTFILE(*YES), but duplicate keys will cause
    failure
