Well, I can't really speak to price ... as I'm not in sales, but I can certainly recommend MKS Implementer :) Not exactly sure what you mean by 'working with projects', but Implementer does support project identification on multiple levels. As for monitoring all changes in source, as long as a change is managed by Implementer, it will be tracked and audited. Our latest release added a feature that provides for extremely granular tracking of source changes.
