I don't get that, but I do get

if I try to look at v5r3 North American English manuals.

Works fine for South American Espanol manuals.

Is IBM trying to tell us something?

http://www-03.ibm.com/servers/eserver/support/iseries/index.html 

and click on "iSeries Information Center" underneath Popular Links.  Do 
you get:
