I have to disagree with your disagreement about damaged objects. :)

13 years, probably about a handful (that's 1-5, counting the thumb) each
year.

I haven't had the *MGTCOL issues Rob mentioned.  

My big hitter is *DEVD, usually tape drives and also SNADS for virtual
opticonnect in an LPAR in early V5
