IF you need a product to do lots of emailing, I recommend Brad Stone's
Mailtool product. It's the best one around and the price is dirt-cheap
compared to any of the other products around.
But, from what you described, you're not going to be doing very much.

Take a look at Brad's FAQ for Mailtool. On that page he gives the basics for
setting up IBM's SMTP server. It's pretty straightforward.
