This is a network printer (not parallel connect - and I had always thought of the pdt's as being for parallel connected printers, which may be a wrong assumption). Did already determine this pc does not have same service pack as others so will go
that route first. Thanks for all the help.

Have you tried clicking on "Use PDT" and then selecting an appropriate
printer definition table?

Client Access Print Screen blank page






Trying to solve problem for a remote site.
All pc's "should" have same XP pro, CA version & service pack.
Only one pc with problem. Windows prints fine to pc.
CA print screen (not host print) produces a blank page.
Have been thru page setup and printer setup.
Nothing seems wrong or different.
Any ideas?
