I realize this isn't iSeries specific but I thought this is interesting. A co-worker just went to Google Labs and selected Google Trends. This shows you what the world is searching for. Yes, I realize that sounds pretty heavy. Anyway here's a few things. Search for Microsoft, you get majority in the US (Seattle number 1) Search for Linux, you get the majority in Germany and Poland (Germany 3 out of top 4) Now search for Mainframe, suprise.. top 7 are India. Same goes for JCL and such. Search for iSeries.. no suprise... number one by far.. Rochester MN. Same goes for i5, OS/400 and the like. Anyway, just a late day observation.
