Marco,

Unfortunately, we prefer having the original spool file released at night
because it can be large and takes time to print on a Printek printer. The
sooner it can start, the sooner it will be finished for the users in the
morning. As far as I'm aware, we don't restrict any of our network traffic
at night, because we have 24/7 production. Thanks.

If this happens only during the night try to hold the spool file and
release
it during the day and monitor the job log of the writer. Sometimes network
people restrict the traffic during the night and since the spool cannot be
delivered the risult is a copy of the original one. Just a guess.

Does anyone have any ideas on this problem? It is still happening daily.

Thanks.
