Disregard this last message.  There were still two, I just missed seeing

One of the reports affected by this was small, 2 pages, so I went ahead
and moved the "Held" copy back into PRT01 so that both the "Held" and
the "Printed and Kept" copies were both in there and I released the
"Held" copy and let it print again.  When it finished printing I ended
up with only one copy of the spool file in PRT01, I was then able to
move it over to outq MONTHEND cleanly.
