First point of contact?  iSeries?  Please.  To them it's AS/400 and
OS/400.  If you say i5 they go "Oh, AS/400?"

If the call center can't even get it right, how can they expect us to?

And open the PMR on the 'Net - much better than holding the phone on
your shoulder while trying to get through their first point of contact,
which hardly knows that the iSeries exists!
