OS/400.  If you say i5 they go "Oh, AS/400?"

If the call center can't even get it right, how can they expect us to?

This assumes, of course, that you have a support contract. Or that you
have a good business partner.

And open the PMR on the 'Net - much better than holding the phone on
your shoulder while trying to get through their first point of contact,
which hardly knows that the iSeries exists!
