It seems well past time to talk to IBM - it is their software, they need to help you. We have limited resources here, I think. This assumes, of course, that you have a support contract. Or that you have a good business partner. And open the PMR on the 'Net - much better than holding the phone on your shoulder while trying to get through their first point of contact, which hardly knows that the iSeries exists!
