Help, I have a 17 yr old who has nearly completed his CCNA and now would like to learn RPG / AS400 (nom du jour) programming. He has listened to his dad & I talk about how there will be a shortage of programmers when I reach retirement age. He would like to be there to step into the gap. I have access to a 150 that I can set up at home for him to start learning on. But I need some suggestions for books, preferably classroom style, that he can start working on. TIA for suggestions.
